Shipping

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (after all discounts and promotions are applied).

What is shipping like if I don’t spend over $100?

For purchases under $100, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied. For Canadian orders the shipping fee will be $12. For US orders the shipping fee will be $14.

What courier do you use?

Orders are shipped out via Canada Post, and through FedEx for express shipments.

Does Integricare ship internationally?

We ship to the USA and Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes. Orders can be shipped to PO boxes via Canada Post.

Returns

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We take great care in our manufacturing and packaging procedures in our GMP-accredited facility. While it is extremely rare that packages arrived damaged, we will happily replace your order if something is not right. Please email info@integricare.ca with your name, phone number, a photo of the product and order confirmation number.
